A videotape showing Kid Rock and former Creed frontman Scott Stapp engaging in explicit sexual activity with four female fans on a tour bus has been acquired by California company Red Light District, the distributor of the notorious 2004 Paris Hilton sex tape "One Night in Paris."
The company has launched a 40-second preview clip of the 45-minute tape at the Web sites KidRockSexTape.com and ScottStappSexTape.com and says it plans to release the entire video at some point this year.
Red Light District president David Joseph tells Billboard.com he purchased the tape, which was shot in 1999 while Rock and Creed were on tour, from "a third-party source who was about to put it out for free on the Internet. I basically stopped him from doing that."
Joseph says his attempts to contact Rock and Stapp about the tape have so far been unsuccessful. "This wasn't just shot by one person - there were a lot of people holding the camera," he says. "Because of that, it's not necessary that we need [Rock and Stapp] to sign off on this. We left messages for them but they didn't respond, so maybe they didn't take it seriously."
Joseph declined to offer additional details about the tape's original owner or what exactly is depicted on it, other than to say, "It's really good. I wish I was a rock star, I tell you. I'm in the wrong business."
The news comes just five days after Stapp was arrested for public intoxication while trying to board a plane at Los Angeles International Airport. The singer was married a day earlier in Miami.
Representatives for Stapp and Rock did not respond to requests for comment by deadline.

French actress
Eva Green has been chosen as the latest femme fatale playing opposite British spy James Bond, in the film remake of 'Casino Royale' already in production, the French newspaper Le Parisien/Aujourd'hui en France said on Friday.
Green (25) has already starred in several big-budget and big-name productions including Ridley Scott's 'Kingdom of Heaven' in 2004 and Bernardo Bertolucci's 'The Dreamers' in 2003.
In 'Casino Royale', she reprises a role played by
Ursula Andress in the 1967 version, a spoof of the classic 'O07' espionage adventure.
Green will star alongside English actor Daniel Craig, who succeeds Pierce Brosnan as the latest 007, in the $100-million production directed by New Zealander Martin Campbell which began filming in Prague three weeks ago.

Jennifer Garner is determined to shed her baby weight because she doesn't want to wind up looking like fellow new mom
Britney Spears.
According to a report is the Star, Garner was shocked into motivation for losing weight when she saw an unfaltering picture of the former toned pop tart Brit.
"The recent picture of a double-chinned Britney must have been a wake up call for Jen," says a friend of the actress. I heard pictures like that terrified her into seeing how she could become."
As a result says the source, Jen is even more determined to get back her fabulous body.
"It showed Jen that unless she shook herself out of the new mom thing she's in, she'll just sit back, eat more and soon outweigh Britney."

R.Kelly’s brother, Kerry, has created a DVD that makes some extremely volatile allegations against the R&B singer. On the DVD Kerry says that Kelz is in fact the man who appears on the infamous sex tape which features an underage girl. Kerry claims that R.Kelly was so proud of his taped escapade that he held a screening for it on his tour bus! According to Kerry, R.Kelly offered him $50,000 in cash and a record deal to lie to police officials and say that he was the man on the tape. What good is a record deal for your debut album going to do if you are sitting behind bars?
During the remaining duration of the DVD Kerry makes several other explosive accusations including R.Kelly is both physically and emotionally abusive to his wife, has had more than a few relationships with underage girls, and even molested his own niece.
But the ultimate bombshell is dropped when Kerry makes the statement that R.Kelly is bisexual. According to Kerry, the success for R.Kelly’s latest hit "Trapped In The Closet" can be attributed to the abundant gay relationships he has had in the past. Chicago police are reportedly pursuing Kerry to question him about the many allegations that the DVD makes.

Salma Hayek are reportedly more than happy to allow rumors that the sexy pair are involved romantically to keep fans guessing. The two stars have been rumored as lesbian partners in Mexico, a published report claims.
It all began when the two were promoting there upcoming film Bandidas.
During a press conference to promote the film, Penelope reached over and grabbed Salma's butt in front of reporters. Lesbian rumors quickly hit Mexico.

Photographer David LaChapelle has hit pop sisters

Ashlee Simpson with a $10,000 bill after they cancelled a raunchy photo shoot for Rolling Stone magazine last year (05).
LaChapelle has also attacked the sisters, insisting they are talentless and symptomatic of everything wrong with modern culture.
The 37-year-old was left fuming when Jessica and Ashlee walked away from his high profile shoot and agreed to pose for Blender magazine instead.
He tells PageSix.com, "They're everything that's wrong with music.
"Out of everything combined, they're everything wrong with culture, and everything wrong with art, and what we think of as art and musical culture - in one family!
"We were going to try and make the Simpsons look cool. I realise now that is an impossible task."
However, the Simpson sisters insist they only ditched LaChapelle because his outrageous demands were unsettling and made them feel nervous.
A friend tells PageSix.com, "He started making demands that made her uncomfortable telling her the shot was going to be down and dirty and in a bar with snakes like she was
Paris Hilton.
"She has to protect her image - and he was going to kill it. They had no idea they were going to be attacked like that.
"And now to get a $10,000 bill? No way are they ever going to pay that. He will not see a dime from them. They didn't sign any contracts."
