Lost star
Evangeline Lilly was so uncomfortable with her beauty when she was a teenager she would plead with God to make her ugly. The Canadian actress had been a tomboy for most of her childhood but when she turned 16, she suddenly blossomed into a stunning young woman.
She explains, "I spent many nights crying myself to sleep wishing I was ugly because of the way men leered and disrespected me, because they assumed things about my mental capacity or my physical willingness based on the way I looked."
The star become so uneasy with the unwanted attention that it drove her to quit her job as a waitress, which helped her pay for her college education. She adds, "I felt like a whore. You feel like they're paying to stare at your a*s when you're walking away from the table."

The Hollywood actor reveals his sex secrets in the May issue of GQ magazine, declaring the physical act is a "by-product" of a successful pairing.
Cruise enthuses, "Sex is about the connection. Great sex is a by-product, for me, of a great relationship, where you have communication and it's an extension of that. Where it's just free. And that's how it should be. It's spectacular. If you're not in good communication with your partner, it sucks. (Meaningless sex outside of a relationship) is really horrible and pathetic and lonely."

Carmen Electra could lose a lucrative cosmetics contract -
after 'riding' a sex machine on a live US radio show.
The former 'Baywatch' babe is in trouble with Max Factor
after straddling the gadget on shock jock Howard Stern's show, and claiming she
could have had an orgasm from its vibrations.
However, Carmen's antics did not impress bosses at the
make-up giant, who previously issued her with a strict set of rules regarding
her behaviour.
The actress, who is married to rocker Dave Navarro, is
shocked at the company's reaction.
She said: "I thought I didn't do anything wrong.
"I didn't do anything vulgar. It was a chair, I sat on
a vibrating chair."
She had appeared on the show to promote her new film, 'Scary
Movie 4', but was coaxed by Stern into riding the machine, called a Sybian.
After her experience, Carmen revealed to the DJ: "It
feels great. I have to get one for the house. It's awesome.
"This is the best thing I have ever felt in my life. I
felt like I was going to take off."
Max Factor have now confirmed the brunette's contract is
under review following her outrageous actions.

Britney Spears is losing her unofficial title of Sexiest Woman On the Planet, and has no one to blame but herself.
The chubby, pregnant again? blonde is reportedly set to drop out of FHM's 100 Sexiest Women List, to be published in the British edition of the men's magazine later this year.
Readers apparently have Welsh singer Charlotte Church, actress Kate Beckinsale, and even Tom Cruise's pregnant fiancee Katie Holmes ahead Spears, who was the 2004 winner.
FHM editor Ross Brown says it's hard to believe Britney has fallen so far. He's quoted in Britain's The Sun as saying: "A couple of years ago FHM readers couldn't get enough of Britney, and they unanimously agreed that she was by far the sexiest woman on the planet. I can only guess that a raft of less-than-flattering photographs and her general disappearance from our TVs and radios have left readers under the impression that Britney's lost her sex appeal."
In 2005, the 'Toxic' singer still managed to come in 6th in the poll, but is now down to 120th place so far. She'll need another 20,000 votes just to break into the top 100.
Britney struggled to lose her pregnancy weight after the birth of baby Sean Preston, but now that she's expecting her second child with Kevin Federline, the speculation is it'll be quite awhile before she snaps back.

Rebecca Romijn reportedly pulled the plug on nude scenes in the action film Rollerball after discovering that producers added nipples to her covered breasts without her consent.
The actress agreed to the saucy steam room scene only after movie honchos assured her that her genitals would not be shown in the finished flick.
However, the X-Men star was horrified when she saw an early screening and realized that the naughty producers had used computer graphics to add fake nipples to her breasts.
She told Playboy magazine, "There was a shot of me walking across the steam room. I was wearing pasties, and it was foggy, so you weren't supposed to see anything .... I saw that someone had Cgi'd nipples onto me. I was like, 'No, no, no, no...' I think I won that nipple battle."
The entire scene was scrapped and never made it to the feature film.

Malaysian model Amber Chia said she is proud to appear in the inaugural edition of Playboy
in Indonesia, even though her mother thinks she looked sexier in photos
featured by other magazines, a newspaper reported yesterday.
The Star
daily said Chia was slightly bemused at the controversy and protests by
Islamic leaders in Indonesia following the release last Friday of a
toned-down edition of Playboy. Although it contained no nude pictures, the protesters said the publication was a form of moral terrorism.
"I didn't think it would generate that much interest. In fact, I am so
proud to appear in the first issue of Indonesia Playboy as the eight pages of photos were tasteful, stylish and sensuous, but not pornographic," Chia was quoted as saying.
Chia, the current Guess International ambassador, was not the cover
girl but was featured in the "Celebrity" pages of Playboy, in which she wore six outfits including low cut jeans and a black bra.
"When I showed my parents the proposed pictures, my mum laughed and
said I had looked sexier in other magazines while my dad merely asked
why they needed so many photos," Chia said.
"My boyfriend said if I believed this is good for my career, then go ahead," she said.
She said Playboy got in touch with her three months ago when she was in Jakarta to promote a fitness center. Initially, she turned down Playboy's offer.
"I assumed it would be a typical Playboy issue where I had to bare my breasts or expose my private parts," Chia said.
But after seeing the sample pictures, "I was surprised ... I secretly
laughed as I had posed in sexier clothes before," she said.

"I said to my husband, 'They just asked me to pose nude for Allure.' He said, 'You're gonna do it right?' And my daughter goes, 'If you do it, I'll kill you.' So I decided right there that I had to do it."

Paris Hilton they think it's "cool to have a sex tape".
Pink, who caused a furore by slamming female celebrities including Hilton and
Jessica Simpson on her hit single Stupid Girls, insists there is nothing wrong with being sexy.
But she is appalled by the popularity of Hilton's raunchy homemade film with ex-lover Rick Saloman, 1 Night In Paris, and is concerned girls are turning to unsuitable role models.
She tells MTV.com, "I feel scared, really scared. "I personally need more examples of how to be better and how to be stronger and how to go a different way.
"I need more examples, so I can't even imagine being in school and looking around. And now it's cool to have a sex tape. Are you kidding me?"
