Kate Hudson performs raunchy pole dances to keep her husband happy in the bedroom.
The 'You, Me and Dupree' star has confessed she regularly strips off and gyrates for her spouse, Black Crowes singer Chris Robinson, to keep their bedroom antics exciting.
However, Hudson - the daughter of Hollywood actress Goldie Hawn - insists she doesn't writhe around on her pole every night.
She revealed to Britain's Daily Mirror newspaper: "I don't wan to do it too often. It's one of those things that happens - if it's his lucky night!"
The 27-year-old actress also claims ole dancing is a great to keep in shape, because you use muscles you didn't even know you had.
She added: "It's a very gruelling physical exercise."
Hudson has previously admitted she is driven by sexual energy - crediting her film success to her sensuality.
She said: "Sexual energy really does drive me. Not just sex itself, I'm talking about sexual energy. Whereas for someone like my husband, it's his mind - his top chakra - that drives him."

Pamela Anderson stripped off almost completely naked in a shop window last night (28.06.06) as part of an anti-fur protest.
The former 'Baywatch' babe, famed for her curvaceous body, stripped off to just a G-string in the window of fashion designer Stella McCartney's London clothes shop on behalf of animal rights group PETA.
Pammie displayed her sexy curves under the banner 'Rather bare skin than wear skin'.
The blonde actress, who is renowned for her work with the group, took the opportunity after her protest to slam Jennifer Lopez and Beyoncé Knowles for wearing and promoting fur.
She said: "My message would be to please start using fake fur. It's terrible because people see stars like J. Lo and Beyoncé wearing fur and they don't think about the cruelty that goes into it."
During the event, Pammie also handed out awards to celebrities who had fought against animal cruelty on behalf of PETA.
A galaxy of morally conscious stars were attendance, including musician Chrissie Hynde, Jude Law's ex-wife Sadie Frost and 'X-Files star Gillian Anderson.

Kate Beckinsale wants to set the record straight on her sex-bomb image. The 32-year-old actress, who starred as a sultry vampire in the “Underworld” movies, tells Allure magazine in its July issue, that she’s only dated two men in the past 10 years.
The Britain-born Beckinsale, who now lives in Los Angeles, married “Underworld” director Len Wiseman in 2004. She has a 7-year-old daughter, Lily, with ex-boyfriend, actor Michael Sheen.
Beckinsale says she was puzzled when people accused her of being promiscuous. “‘Oh, she ditched the father of her child and ran off with somebody else,”’ she says. “I mean, look around this town and tell me one other person who’s slept with only two people in a decade,” she continues. “I might just be the only one.”

Ashlee Simpson has a new nose and a new look and is now considering showing it all off in the pages of Playboy, according to media reports. The famous men's magazine has reportedly offered the singer $4 million to strip for the cameras. A source tells In Touch Weekly the 21-year-old is seriously considering the offer.
The insider says, "Ashlee figures she's never looked better, so this may be the perfect time to do it. She feels confident and sexy and thinks this is one way for her to separate her image from (sister) Jessica's."
Simpson's musician boyfriend, Braxton Olita, is said to be supportive of the idea.

Britney inside the magazine. Although she does hide her breasts with her hands and
we can only see Britney nude from the side, she still looks very sexy in this
pictures. But after seeing some recent Britney Spears paparazzi pics all I can say is that Bazaar’s photos look
like they were airbrushed to the limits.
There are also reports that Britney was not to satisfied
with the photoshoot and she wants to scrap the whole thing, thus I am not too sure
you’ll be able to buy Bazaar with Britney Spears nude photoshoot in August at
the newsstands.

WimbledonFor the last couple of weeks my football viewing habits have been punctuated with comments, from the varying women in my life, of - "he's cute, he's good looking" and even complimentary words about areas of a player I would plant a swift kick up, if they weren't performing to a satisfactory standard! (well, at least it will come in useful next season when you need to bargain for Premiership or Champions Lge action, with a quick Summer reminder of the players they appreciated!)
Now, in addition to that, it Wimbledon fortnight and yes, we know girls, its more of the same! Don't deny it! It happened from the days of Borg and it will again, possibly, this year with Nadal - if he can cut it on grass and see off Federer! So, its time to level things up for my fellow man with the battle for the womens singles title at the top tennis championships. One of my best memories is that of gorgeous
Gabriella Sabatini. A fine player in the eighties and nineties, who gave so much on court that her braless, soaking top with dark nipples was proof of the effort shed put in. Matters of sorting out the balance extend to the commentary box too. They want to know more than just how many appearances he made and how much he cost in the past! Stuff I cant tell them or, as a bloke, am not interested in! I, on the other hand, am more interested in former tennis player Annabel Croft - and, likewise, not just for her opinions! She once appeared on national television in coconut shells covering her breasts on a survival programme, did you know?! Anyway, I don't expect you will be off to the bookies with my selections, but I do think you'll join me in tuning in, because its exciting and "just a bit fun" - eh girls?!

Playboy Enterprises Inc. said on Thursday it bought Club Jenna Inc., a multimedia adult-entertainment business founded by porn star
Jenna Jameson. Terms were not disclosed.
The acquisition is expected to help Playboy diversify its domestic television business and expand its network of online Web sites, Chairman and Chief Executive Christie Hefner said in a statement.
Assets purchased under the deal include a film production business, a video content library, a network of Web sites and a DVD retail distribution deal.
Jameson and her husband, Club Jenna President Jay Grdina, also have signed personal service agreements with Playboy as part of the transaction.

Released this summer, it will be the Lost In Translation beauty's second film with Allen, who also appears in it alongside Ian McShane and James Nesbitt. The slender blonde actress looked relaxed and happy as she made the most of the sun on her Bahamas break with a group of girlfriends, including Charlie's Angels' co-star Drew Barrymore.
"Cameron looked in fantastic shape. She was with a gaggle of girl pals and they spent ages riding the waves. She later whisked off her bikini top but kept on a straw hat to shield her face from the hot rays," an onlooker commented.
