Madeline started her career as a model in the late 1960s. She then transitioned to acting, first in TV series and acting on stage, and in the 70s and 80s she started appearing in movies as well.
Wikipedia says that she was noted for her ample breasts. Besides The Vampire Lovers, you can also see her ample breasts on display in the comedy Up Pompeii.
She also starred in a James Bond movie, a brief appearance in the post-titles sequence of Live and Let Die.
