The Big Short is rated R for nudity. It doesn’t look like we’ll get to see any skin from the bigger names like
Karen Gillan,
Margot Robbie,
Marisa Tomei or even
Selena Gomez. Margot and Selena are actually playing themselves in the movie, so definitely nothing from them.
Imdb’s parents guide mentions a brief depiction of female upper body nudity in a scene in the film where a topless stripper converses with a man while dancing around a pole. The stripper’s breasts are partially obscured throughout the scene and the portrayal of nudity is treated with discretion.
In one of the trailers for the movie we see Steve Carell’s character talking to a stripper. I think she is played by
Heighlen Boyd, who appeared in a few episodes of Into the Badlands and Scream Queens this year.
Of, course it could be a completely different stripper the parents guide is talking about. I don’t remember seeing any stripper pole the trailer.
Mr. Skin's review of the nude scenes from the movie says that Heighlen
Boyd's breasts are visible, but obscured by her necklace and dress. He also mentions another scene happening in the strip club, but at a different time.
I mentioned
Rosa Salazar nude scene in Night Owls last week. The movie was also released through VOD last week besides the limited theatrical run. You might remember seeing Rosa in in Maze Runner: The Scorch Trials.
