In the movie an evil force, which is spreading around from one person to another by sexual intercourse, is hounting people. The only way to get rid of this evil curse, or pass it on to another person, is by having sex.
So, lots of sex presumably. Unfortunately, people are in such a hurry to get rid of the curse that they don't bother getting out of their clothes before passing it on to another person.
