Sunday, April 9th
MTV, 9pm - Meet the Barkers
Season two of MTVs latest celebrity reality success gets underway.
Following a well-trodden path of the dysfunctional Osbournes and the
now divorced Newlyweds, with those very "blond" moments from
Jessica Simpson,
we now have, well, pretty average Barkers! Travis Barker, the Blink 182
drummer, and his gal
Shanna Moakler - our main reason for focusing on
this programme. Yes, its an anything but ordinary life that they lead,
but what did you expect? It helps pass half an hour. Particularly
Shanna, an actress and former Miss USA and Playboy babe, who gives us
plenty of fine opportunities of different ways of viewing her
magnificent chest!
Another former Playboy babe with a new show is
Pamela Anderson.
"Stacked" - an ex- party girl who seeks out a new life in a book shop!
Paramount are promoting it big-time over here, on Thursdays at 9pm, but
I have to admit I haven't bothered with it at all so far.
Channel 5, 11.10pm - Porky's
Dubbed the "Daddy", or should that be "Grandaddy" by now, of teen sex
comedies. A group of boys get thrown out of their local strip joint and
vow to get revenge. A young
Kim Cattrall is among the cast.
Men & Motors, 11pm - Pop Goes Porn
Could be interesting. A look at how porn has broken into mainstream
popular culture while also becoming a multi-billion dollar worldwide
industry.
Tuesday, April 11th
Sky One, 8pm - Vroom Vroom
The new motoring programme on Sky, where Top Gear meets Brainiac - if
you like!So what the hell is it doing in this column you ask? Simple,
my reply, "
Lisa Rogers". This sexy, intelligent lady with a nice body
is back on our screens again - which is always a good thing - as one of
the shows presenters. Lisa starred in Lock, Stock (brief, but nudity)
and many mens magazine pictorials and has stripped down to a bikini, in
the past, on other presenting duties. Basically, watch it for her to
start off with and then see if it entertains and informs!
