Katherine Waterston. The movie already premiered at several movie festivals. Since there are no reports on nudity yet, I'll assume it is not from any of the lead stars of the movie. There's one character in the movie named Woman at Spa, so perhaps a brief flash of skin from showers in the spa or something similar.
