I am kind of surprised that Pompeii is only rated PG-13. I honestly expected an R-rating, some explicit nudity, at least one topless scene from
Emily Browning and a full on disaster with the eruption of Pompeii, now, it looks more like no nudity at all and the only disaster it will be remembered for will be boxoffice numbers.
And to think that in the beginning I actually planned my vacation around this movie. I planned a trip around Italian coastline with the final destination point in Pompeii. Now I am actually glad I changed my mind and ended up on Grand Canaria instead. Though, I am still going to visit Pompeii one day… I am sure a place with 35 brothels, or 1 brothel per 71 adult males, is a place worth visiting.
I noticed that there’s already a HD copy of Blue Is the Warmest Color, starring
Léa Seydoux and
Adele Exarchopoulos. Officaly, it comes out on Tuesday on Blu-ray, DVD and VOD as well.
