Killer Joe, a controversial movie from William Friedkin, the director of The French Connection and The Exorcist, or more relevant to this site, the director of
Bug and
Jade, will open in selected theaters this week.
The movie received an NC-17 rating from the MPAA board. Officially because of graphic disturbing content involving violence and sexuality, and a scene of brutality, but I am sure
Juno Temple's and
Gina Gershon's nude scenes probably had something to do with the rating as well. Especially Gina showing her crotch, as well as Juno going full frontal.
Movie will open in selected theaters in NYC and LA, and probably some in between, so if you'll want to see it, you'll probably have to take a small trip.
The Watch, starring Ben Stiller, Vince Vaughn, Jonah Hill, is rated R for strong sexual content. It seems like the guys will crash an orgy during one scene, I am not sure if any of the participants will be naked though. Probably not.
