To tell the truth I have never heard of
Christy Carlson Romano before. Wikipedia says she is best known for her roles in the sitcom Even Stevens (won Young Artist Award two times for her performance in the series) and the animated series Kim Possible (she was awarded with a Daytime Emmy award in Outstanding Performer in an Animated Program category for that one), in which she is the voice of the title character. Another role that fans might remember her for is as the voice of Yuffie Kisaragi in Kingdom Hearts and Final Fantasy VII Advent Children.
A quick glance at imdb reveals that her acting career hit a bump in 2007. Since then, the only work she had done, apart from a few guest appearances on various TV shows, was on her boobs. A wise choice actually, personally I would go for a nose job first, but when you think about it, in her case bigger boobs are just the little advantage she needs when competing for the movie roles against the likes of
Miley Cyrus,
Selena Gomez,
Taylor Swift,
Taylor Momsen....
