Wow, It looks like Jason Voorhees finally met his match. Just to put things into perspective, for people to see how severe this recession is. You know that the things are very bad, when even one of the deadliest killers from movie history can't afford to resurrect himself from the dead.
So, no Friday the 13th movie in 3D coming out this week. But there's still hope, for select group of people only, to have their horror show on Friday. If you happen to suffer from Anorexia, just tune to Late Night with Jimmy Fallon on Friday to meet your worst nightmare.
Bad jokes aside, I might not be interested into seeing
Gabourey Sidibe's appearance on Late Night with Jimmy Fallon on Friday or Live with Regis and Kelly tomorrow, but I am still interested to see if last year's Oscar nominee has any real acting skills or did she just play herself in Precious. Showtime's comedy series The Big C, that premiers on August 16th, will give the answer on that.
Laura Linney landed the lead role in the series and you can catch her on The Daily Show with Jon Stewart on Wednesday.
Anna Kendrick and
Aubrey Plaza star opposite Michael Cera and Mary Elizabeth Winstead in Scott Pilgrim vs. the World . Anna will promote the movie on The Tonight Show with Jay Leno tomorrow and The Late Late Show With Craig Ferguson on Friday. Aubrey will be guest on Late Night with Jimmy Fallon today and Lopez Tonight on Thursday.
Damn, Gordon Ramsay is one lucky bastard. Last week he was
paired as a guest with
Sofía Vergara on Leno's show and this week he's paired with her on Jimmy Kimmel Live. Maybe she's trying to get him to cook up the results of the upcoming Emmy Awards. Don't mind if she does. I think she promised to run naked down the Sunset Blvd., if Modern Life wins the Emmy for Outstanding Comedy.
You can check the complete list and all the future lineups on talk shows on
The Late Night TV Page website.
