Dr. Drew is back with
Celebrity Sex Rehab TV series, a spin-off of Celebrity Rehab With Dr. Drew. In his new TV series he will try to cure eight celebrities of their sexual addiction in 21 days.
Among the women on the show, "wanting" to get rid of sex addiction, are model
Amber Smith, Playboy playmate
Nicole Narain, Miss Teen USA
Kari Ann Peniche and two porn stars Kendra Jade and Jennifer Ketcham aka Penny Flame.
I am not too familiar with the men, probably most famous one is Phil Varone, who used to be a drummer for heavy metal band Skid Row. Other two are surfer James Lovett and producer/director Duncan Roy.
Personally, I don't think there's anything wrong with any of them, but If they think they have a problem, they certainly deserve help, although I don't think spilling their guts on TV will help any of them.
For instance model Amber Smith will soon become regular on the celebrity rehab series. She said that when she was cured of her opiate addiction on Celebrity Rehab, she replaced it with sex addiction. In her prime Amber posed for Playboy magazine and had a role in movie L.A Confidential. Now, because of her new addiction, she drives around L.A. in her car every day in pursuit of young men. Maybe she could find someone to drive her around and do a spin-off of Bang Bus series.
Kari Ann Peniche was Miss Teen USA for 2003, she was stripped of her title because she posed naked for Playboy magazine. Kari is also known for having a part in
Rebecca Gayheart and Eric Dane's sex video. The video was actually filmed in her house.
Another familiar name from the show is Nicole Narain. She was the Playboy playmate for January 2002. She's also famous for her having a part in the 14-minute sex tape with Colin Farrell.
I am not too familiar with the other two female participants on the show. Jennifer Ketcham aka Penny Flame is supposed to be a big porn star. I don't think I watched any of her movies so far, but I am sure I'll find something interesting with her in it.
Kendra Jade is known for filming her sexcapedes with Jerry Springer and her step mom, and she was also accused of breaking up
Britney Spears' marriage.
Sex Rehab airs on VH1 on Sundays.
