Eliza Dushku.
Eliza plays a cop in her new movie The Alphabet Killer. Her character suffers from schizophrenia and eventually she has a breakdown and she lands in a hospital. When it's time to check out, she changes her clothes and we get to see her boobs on the big screen for the first time. Eliza's nude scene is very short, but it's a start.
