TMZ is reporting that federal officials have launched a search to track down photos of
Jamie Lynn Spears breast-feeding her newborn baby Maddie that were taken by her boyfriend and baby's father Aldridge. The memory card was then taken to Wal-Mart for some of the photos to be developed, but alas, someone capitalized on the tabloid gold and has stolen the exposing photos. Grossness aside, Spears is a minor, making this a much more serious situation.
Because of Spears' age, selling or buying photos showing her exposed breast may be considered child pornography and could land the seller and/or buyer in federal prison if the photos are marketed across state lines. Also, anyone purchasing the pics could be prosecuted for the crime of receiving stolen property.
TMZ also reports that aside from the breast photo, there are other pictures of the Spears family and baby, and also a photo of a lingerie-wearing Spears holding Maddie.
