The MPAA rating for Code 3 mentions brief graphic nudity. Given the movie’s context my guess would be a member of an emergency medical service unit trying to resuscitate a naked dead guy.

Olivia Cooke shows her buns on an episode of Amazon’s new series, The Girlfriend.
