Framed for murder by CIA chief Althorp (Ben Gazzara), ex-Gulf War hero Welles (Robert Davi) must complete a dangerous mission of destroying a nuclear processing plant owned by terrorist Krasna (Alexander Godunov) to clean his record.
The mission was a success. Though, judging by the explosion at the end, celebrations in the countries affected by the nuclear fallout were probably less enthusiastic.
