Here's a list of some interesting celebrity appearances on talk and game shows this week.
Nathalie Kelley will be guest on Tamron Hall Today. She stars on ABC's new series, The Baker and the Beauty. The series is an adaptation of Israeli series, Lehiyot Ita, about a blue-collar baker who strikes up a relationship with an international superstar. I checked trailers for the new and the original series, and must say that the original looks watchable, the remake. I might be in quarantine but I am not that desperate.
I also checked some last week’s talk show interviews. I am just curious how celebrity homes look like.
Dove Cameron was guest on Live with Kelly and Ryan. She’s learning French, doing nails , hair, makeup, organizing her house, yoga, baking…
That French part got me interested. A couple of months ago, when I returned from my holiday trip in Morocco, I made a resolution to learn French, comes handier there than English. So, the plan was to do one lesson a day… yeah, I am still at je m'appelle part…
In the
interview Dove said she did an
acoustic version of her Remember Me song… had to look it up on youtube again as I couldn’t find it last week. I don't know, am I still allowed to criticize, sounds out of tune, but judging by the number of thumbs ups, people like it, who am I to judge. I know if I were in her shoes, I’d take some singing lessons while in quarantine as well.
Cate Blanchett was on The Late Show with Stephen Colbert. In the
first part of the interview my brain caught "...feed the pigs..." She quarantined herself someone in the countryside and seem so have a farm. She's a prepper. Covered the food supplies part, how about personal protection. I know from watching preppers videos on youtube in America they're stocking up on guns and ammo in case SHTF. Cate, on the other hand, she has Tauriel fighting blades and Mjolnir, Thor's hammer.
In the
second part of the interview she starts speaking about Trump and why so many women voted for him. Colber'ts response. “Well, umm, we have got to let you go because...”
Kerry Washington was guest on The Ellen DeGeneres Show. I didn't really pay attention to the
interview, but my brain did though, Kerry and Ellen were talking about Mariah Carry, and phrase she was always ahead of the curve came up (she was wearing pajamas).
So, delayed synchronicity at work here. My brain worked on this phrase a few weeks ago. You know who else was also ahead of the curve.
THIS GUY!
