Reports from The Canes Film Festival state that

Cody Renee Cameron have nude scenes in The Neon Demon. No nudity from
Elle Fanning, which, to be honest, is not that surprising when you take into account that she was still underage at the time of the filming her scenes for the movie.
According to HBO’s episode ratings, there won’t be any nudity in this week’s episode. They do have something planned for episode seven, though.
