When calling someone else a "moron" it is a good idea to know the difference between "your" (possessive) and You're (You Are). While I Think it likely is real, but I don't care either way, the argument of "here's some pictures of her not topless in the same outfit" doesn't show that it is not fake, because when people make fakes they make it from REAL pictures. It's like when you see fakes made from clips of a movie. "Hey I don't remember her being naked in that scene" That's because they took a clip (from where the actress wasn't naked" and shopped it. Now in order to Prove it was fake you would need to find the original non-topless shot. Again I think it's real, but again I also don't really care.

My bad, my auto-correct uncorrected me. The tattoo is the main deciding factor for me. Though it doesn't matter to me that much either, it just bothers me a little when certain naysayers usually labels things as fake without ever giving a good reason, just to do it.

Actually I would say the tattoo is the Least deciding factor. One of the easiest points in photoshopping. Examples, the most often used shopping technique would be to simply photoshop some bare boobs over a clothed picture (like a bikini top). For example it would be relatively easy to shop some bare boobs onto that picture you linked that shows her tattoo. A less likely option, would be to even shop the tattoo itself onto a nude picture, since that tattoo on her is well known. One could shop the tattoo and her face onto a playboy model. The most deciding factor, I would say is the combination of the same jacket from the other pictures Along with the pose. There would either need to be an original of her holding that jacket in the same pose that wasn't topless, that could then be shopped, or even less likely a topless shot of someone else who just happened to have that same jacket holding that pose. Without any shot of her holding the same jacket like that not topless (bikini, pasties, etc) coming forward, I will assume it is legit.
