Scarlett Johansson has been named the world's sexiest woman, in a poll of readers of men's magazine FHM.
The American actress beat last year's winner Angelina Jolie, with Sin City star Jessica Alba third and pop singer Jessica Simpson fourth.
British actress Keira Knightley finished in fifth place, followed by Catwoman beauty Halle Berry in sixth and Playboy pin-up Jenny McCarthy in seventh.
Tennis ace Maria Sharapova, former Baywatch babe Carmen Electra and Desperate Housewives star Teri Hatcher made up the top ten.
"One of the best things for a woman to hear is that she is sexy. I'd like to thank FHM's readers for the huge compliment," said Johansson.
Scott Gramling, the magazine's editor in chief, added: "It's remarkable how Scarlett Johansson has caught the attention of our readers.
"Her sultry voice and striking beauty certainly have a lot to do with that, but so does the confidence she exudes.
"She seems to be one of those women who would be equally at ease on the red carpet as she would just hanging out with the guys."
Johansson, 21, ranked 9th in last year's poll, won by British actress Kelly Brook.
Friends star Jennifer Aniston, pop sensation Jennifer Lopez and Pearl Harbour actress Jennifer Garner all made the top 100.
Oscar-nominated Johansson has starred in a number of high profile movies, including Match Point, Lost in Translation, The Perfect Score, Home Alone 3 and The Island.
The magazine's May issue goes on sale in the UK on April 4.
