The movie came out a couple of years ago. I guess she was not comfortable with filming nude scenes at that time as she seems to have used a body double for her nude scene.
Luckily, if you watched the first two episodes of Starz’s new drama series Da Vinci's Demons, you’ll be glad to know that she’s not that shy anymore. She was nude in both episodes. Not to mention that she looks mesmerizing in each and every scene she’s in.
