Kate Bosworth, perhaps best known for her role of Lois Lane in Superman Returns, from Straw Dogs.
Nice pokies on her part, but still a disappointment for many in the end, mainly because it was somehow expected of her to be topless in the movie, like
Susan George was in the
original Straw Dogs movie.
Luckily for us, Kate is topless a couple of times in her new movie Big Sur. I am not sure if it is because she finally got that “right part” or because the director of Big Sur is her fiancé, although she did mention in an interview that they hooked up after the movie was finished.
Big Sur will probably be interesting for those who liked
On the Road, in a way you can say that it’s its sequel since both movies were based on novels by Jack Kerouac and both novels are more or less based on Kerouac’s life.
Big Sur premiered at the Sundance Film Festival recently. There’s no release date set at the moment. It might air again at Sundance London which will be held from 25-28 April, 2013 at the O2 and will host the international and UK premieres of films, many of which were shown at the 2013 Sundance Film Festival.
