The director's cut version of Reindeer Games is about 20 minutes longer than theatrical one and both Charlize's nude scenes are slightly longer than in the theatrical release.
John Frankenheimer, the director of the movie, mentions during the audio commentary that the director's cut sex scene between Charlize and Ben Affleck was even longer than the one we get to see in the director's cut version, and had to be cut or otherwise the DVD release would receive the NC-17 stamp.
Apart from the additional scenes, the mentioned audio commentary is very interesting, especially if you are into making movies.
