Okay, I can kinda understand not wanting to pose nude but to threaten legal action because she was put on the cover of PB? (Don't forget she isn't even naked in the mag) I'm sure there are many women who would kill for that honor. Stop being a prude already Alba.

I agree with Jessica. 99.9% of Playboy issues feature somebody on the cover that is nude inside. For sure anybody with half a brain knew she wasn't naked in it. But still they put her on the cover to sell issues and were hoping to sucker a few non-subscribers to buy it. So I say they owe her something. Playboy is getting kicked by Maxim, Stuff and FHM. So they went against normal policy and used Alba to make a buck.

Good for her? What's good for her? Suing a giant like Playboy? Good luck with that! Hef has more money and bigger lawyers than that little girl could ever afford. That's must be why you're jealous of Hef and hate him. Not to mention he gets hotter women in his 70's that you'll ever get. She may be rich by a yokel like your's standards, but compaired to Hef, she's small time! Her best bet is to take whatever paltry sum Hef's lawyers offer (far less than she would have gotten if she'd posed for the cover), and settle out of court. That way she saves face, and Playboy doesn't have to waste time burying her lawyers an paperwork and redtape. Here's Playboy's official response, which pretty much sums up the facts against Alba's filmsy case: A Playboy spokeswoman said Alba was placed on the cover after being chosen "sexiest star of the year" by its readers. She was included inside the magazine in an article on the top 25 sexiest celebrities as chosen in an online poll. "Many celebrities have appeared on the cover of Playboy, but not nude, including Claudia Schiffer, Paris Hilton, Goldie Hawn, Raquel Welch, Barbra Streisand, Brooke Shields and Donald Trump," Playboy spokeswoman Lauren Malone said.
