I don't think Laura is nude in this one. For the two scenes, where we see her walking around naked, she probably used a body double.

Even bigger disappointment was a clearly visible tape over her nipples, when we get a full frontal shot of her boobs.

I am a little surprised at the relatively minor 'stars' who are allowed to use tape, pasties, and/or body doubles. I wouldn't expect the girls to have the clout to get them. Also I would think body doubles would stress some cheap films' budgets.
