With all the blood splattering, violence and killings, Lyndsy could easily expose her boobs during this scene and it wouldn't make any difference to the movie's final rating of the movie. Not to mention that it wouldn't be out of her character either. She did have sex in a back alley in the middle of the day and briefly dated a drug dealer, so a little boob flash would be just perfect. Well, maybe they left that nude part for the sequel, set for 2012.
