I don't know if you want to be posting Thora Birchs nude pics. When they are posted in celebrity skin and celebrity sleuth they are censored. You see she was under 18 when she did the movie. Since they got her parents permission, it was alright for the filming. Apparently reproducing them in other mediums amounts to underage nudity though.

Who cares! 16 is legal in most states with parental consent and besides its not like its a sex scene, but rather just a topless scene. There are lots of sites that still have these pictures listed uncensored.

16 is legal in many states to have sex. Even 13 is legal in at least one. However federal lists nude, even topless pictures of anyone under the age of 18 as illegal. I note that the nude pictures of a young Brooke Shields are not shown on this site. I am assuming that perhaps they were just not aware of the Thora Birch issue.

Umm Kierra Knightly is another well known star who appeared toppless in many adds and movies before the age of 18! Again topless pics of girls in main stream movies are not considered indecent especially if it plays a role in the movie. Besides many fashion models either go topless/see cthru in mags. And if the it the federalist or whatever you want to label them were so against it then they would have pulled every movie off of the streets. This stuff is nothing compared to dakota fanning playing a rape victum or having a masturbation scene in the runaways. Correct, but as I pointed out, the laws are different when it is covering another medium, ie. pictures posted in a magazine or online. For example start a website or magazine with pictures of under 18 girls topless.... See where that gets you and then try ot use the argument "topless pics of girls aren't considered indecent" or "I am just tired of people making an issue of topless stuff as if its porn"
