Vivid Entertainment, adult entertainment company that released the
Kim Kardashian's sex tape, announced that they were postponing the release of
Mindy McCready’s sex tape “Baseball Mistress” to verify that they have the right to distribute it.
The release date was set for April 19th, but Mindy's attorney Adam Dread threatened to take the case to court if he's not provided with a few details about the latest
celebrity sex tape to hit the internet.
Vivid’s founder/co-chairman Steven Hirsch remains confident that the tape will indeed see the light of day.
“We’ve decided to take a little extra time to study all of our documentation and other clearances before we proceed,” said Hirsch.
“I want a chance to review the correspondence from Mindy’s attorney, Adam Dread, and to prepare a proper response to the letter he has sent to us,” he stated.
“Baseball Mistress" allegedly features McCready engaging in explicit sex with a former boyfriend named “Peter” as well as dishing intimate details about her relationship with baseball star Roger Clemens, among others.
