Here's Nudography's list of Top Voted Celebs in 2009. The list is sorted by Weighted Vote, calculated from the formula you can find at the bottom of
Top 100 Celebs page.
After Harry implemented a few extra settings for voting in February, mainly that you had to be logged-in in order to vote, the number of fake votes fell dramatically, as did the number of votes in general.
Still, I like the final results, maybe the order of the list is a bit off because of the formula, but in general I am very happy with the final list.
Emma Watson,
Jessica Biel and
Jennifer Connelly made it to the podium. While Jennifer is probably done with stripping for the camera, we can't say the same for Emma and Jessica. I believe they still have a whole career ahead of them that will also include many moments that will require them to show their private parts.
