The movie is a sex comedy featuring two naked Bond girls, Ursula, who portrayed Honey Ryder in the first James Bond film, Dr. No. and Luciana, SPECTRE agent Fiona Volpe in Thunderball, the fourth movie in the James Bond franchise.
The plot of L'infermiera revolves around a scheming family which hires a nurse to care for their rich uncle, mainly with the hopes that her charms might raise the uncle’s heart rate to the levels of cardiac arrest, which could speed up their way to the inheritance.
