The movie follows an escaped convict (Jim Brown), and a gold prospector (Lee Van Cleef) team up with a tribe of Apache Indians to steal a fortune in gold from a fortress in Mexico which is occupied by a garrison lead by general Chavez. Marianna portrays Chavez’s mistress, who, in decisive moments of the attack on the fortress, acts as a distraction for soldiers defending it.
