Former Friends star
Jennifer Aniston and a photographer she sued for snapping topless pictures of her, have reached an "amicable" agreement.
"It's a confidential settlement," E!Online quoted Aniston's attorney John Lavely, as saying.
"The matter was amicably resolved," the attorney added.
While Lavely remained tight-lipped about the details of the settlement, paparazzo Peter Brandt released a statement, saying Aniston agreed to drop her lawsuit against him on the condition that he would never try to cash in on photos.
The 37-year-old star sued Brandt last December after the shutterbug mailed out copies of the explicit photos to several celebrity magazine editors, along with shots of the actress canoodling with then-new squeeze, Vince Vaughn.
