They are fake as the other guy provided links to back it up. Very poorly done and vomit inducing. Take some classy pics lindsey, you are not ugly and shouldn't be degraded like this. Check the meta information of the pics with underwear, open the picture in word or word pad or something, it will say "Looks like Lindsay Lohan fogot to put her knickers on before attentending Venice Film Festival. Linsay arrived by boat, when she stepped off she fashed a no-knicker shot!" which is exactly what it says in the nude ones as well, now why the hell would that be there if not because somebody took the original picture (which would be the one without the panties) and edited it and then forgot to replace the information. It's probably her management trying to confuse people and make the real ones seem fake by releasing those pictures, too bad for them they didn't do a very good job.
