The outrageous shots were taken when Sex And The City star Kim had just finished filming clean-cut comedy Mannequin.
She wanted to vamp up her image so she slipped into a naughty black PVC peep-hole suit and fishnets.
But the sexy snaps have never been seen...till now.
A pal of Kim's said: "She thought they'd help her get racier roles, but that was in 1987 before she was a star."
Amazingly, Kim, 48, who played S&TC's raunchy Sam Jones, says when she posed for the risque pics she didn't know how to enjoy sex.
"I had convinced myself I wasn't a sexual woman," she said.
"Then in 1998 I met my third husband Mark and learned about sexuality.
"A man should know how to make a woman orgasm."
Now Kim's written a book, Satisfaction: The Art Of The Female Orgasm, and is as big a sexpert as her feisty character Sam.
That's not all she has in common with the PR girl —they both like exposure too.

Apparently the 26 year old co-star of Batman Begins isn't the sexual being that many of her male fans think. The former Dawson Creek star is said to be 'lazy', 'boring', and also 'very uptight and conservative' for Klein's liking. Klein is quoted as saying that Miss Holmes is intimate 'maybe once a month' and is often very moody. Klein's camp says that he wanted to end the engagement because Holmes is 'too busy and too uptight to satisfy her boyfriend'.
After several days of not seeing each other, Klein claims that he would take Holmes to romantic vacation spots for days at a time, only to have his sexual advances declined. 'He felt so alone because here is his fiance refusing any advances other than plain kissing,' says one source close to Klein's camp. 'It was like he was engaged to her Dawsons Creek character.'
Once Klein finally sealed the deal and made love to Holmes, Katie was said to be very stale. 'Katie is from the midwest, so perhaps that is where most of her insecurities and lack of sexual motivation stem from.'

The newly-married pop superstar will appear topless, wearing just a just a necklace gift from husband Kevin Federline on the upcoming cover of US fashion magazine Allure. And, it isn't just the photos that are revealing - the singer is also confessing that her six-month marriage has been a real challenge at times. Spears explains, "We hit a little bit of reality, hardcore, after the first three weeks. But we handled it fine, and now things are starting to go really smooth." The pop star admits the daily routine of being a wife was, at times, tough for her after years spent living it up on tour and partying with pals. She adds, "Before we got married we were on tour, and we were just like kids, ordering room service, saying, 'Let's go out tonight.' Then, all of a sudden, you have this home, you have the kids (Kaleb and Kori), you have to get the diapers, get the dog to the vet. It's this reality."

The curvy 23-year-old, who was recently romantically linked to Hollywood hunk Mark Wahlberg, likes the idea of getting intimate with lots of different people because she loves experimenting in sex.

Private telephone numbers of celebrities have been unleashed on the Internet after an apparent hacking into Paris Hilton's T-MOBILE SIDEKICK Address Book. The FBI has opened an investigation into the hack, a government source said.

Victoria Beckham has been photographed naked - aside from a piece of Cartier jewellery and a pair of Jimmy Choo shoes - for charity.
The 30-year-old is among several famous faces including The Duchess of York Sarah Ferguson, Paris Hilton, Kate Moss and Geri Halliwell appearing in the book in aid of the Elton John Aids Foundation.
The photograph was taken in London in June, a short time after the former Spice Girl became pregnant with her third child.
All the photographs in the publication, Four Inches, the brainchild of Jimmy Choo President Tamara Mellon, are taken by women, with Posh Spice snapped by Vanessa Von Zitzewitz.
Tennis star Serena Williams, singers Christina Aguilera and Holly Valance, supermodel Iman, actresses Jane Leeves (Daphne in Frasier) and Minnie Driver with her sister Kate have also stripped off for the book, published by Scriptum Editions.
The picture of Beckham and others will be seen in the April issue of society magazine Tatler, before the book comes out in May.
Beckham's foe Rebecca Loos recently appeared in the same magazine - discussing her alleged relationship with David Beckham.
Elton John's boyfriend, David Furnish, a friend of the Beckham's and a contributing editor to the society magazine, was reported to have resigned his post in disgust at the interview.
