Big Brother's
Imogen Thomas is to sue her former lover after finding out that he published sex tapes of the couple on the internet.
The 23-year-old from Llanelli had no idea that the footage had surfaced while she was filming the reality TV show this summer.
Claims that the brunette pictured in the film was Imogen were confirmed when she left the BB house.
Now the Miss Wales 2003 winner has revealed that she will be taking legal action against the man responsible, whom she dated for three years.
Imogen was informed of her former lover's indiscretion by the reality show's psychologist before she went to her press conference.
In an interview with
OK! magazine she said, 'When I was told I just died. I felt my heart had gone straight up in my throat and I couldn't breathe.
'Honestly, I thought I had destroyed that tape ages ago. We were together for three years so it wasn't like it was some random guy.
'I asked for it back and he gave it to me but stupidly I didn't check it. I trusted him when he said it was that tape and just got rid of it.
'I'm trying not to think about it. What makes me feel so bad is my family. They've had to deal with that and you can imagine your parents never ever want to see that.
'It's awful seeing their little girl like that but they've been supporting me 100%. But I still can't say I'm sorry enough and they know it's not my fault but it's still upsetting.'
Asked about the man in question Imogen continued, 'I don't ever want to speak to him again. If I were to call him I can imagine he would probably record the conversation. I still can't believe he did it.
'I was so careful in the house not to get my boobs out or show too much skin. What I did with him was private. You know, if I thought that tape was still out there I might have thought twice about going into the house. But I'm taking legal action now. I feel ashamed and embarrassed. Very embarrassed.'
But the beauty queen did have some inkling that a story like this might emerge. Just hours after arriving in the house she confessed to gay Canadian housemate Richard that she was terrified of her ex-lovers selling their sex secrets.
She said, 'I know there are boys out there that will sell their stories. I know the ones who will and the ones who won't.'
Imogen's ex may be in her bad books but she has much more positive feelings about her fellow countryman and Big Brother housemate Glyn Wise, although she says their friendship is purely platonic.
'It was like home being able to speak to him. When I missed home it was a real comfort to have him there. I felt like his big sister and we became very close,' she said.
'There's nothing there from my side and nothing from his side. And anyway I'm completely not his type. He likes blondes and I'm totally different. He wouldn't even look at me like that and I'm glad he didn't because we developed a really nice relationship.'
Still, her time in the Big Brother house wasn't entirely without romance. Imogen shared a brief fling with smooth-talking Sezer, and bookies offered 50-1 on her and Scouser Mikey having sex in the house.

Actor Stephen Dorff has been branded a sex pest by his new co star
Jaime Murray, because he wouldn't leave her alone.
Hollywood newcomer Murray says her 13 co-star, who has been linked with
Pamela Anderson and
Juliette Lewis, couldn't keep his hands off her - but his attentive touch did not have the desired effect.
She says, "He's an out of control sex pest. He wouldn't stop hassling me. He kept stroking my neck and hair, and finding excuses to touch me. Perhaps this week the words 'US
tv special' should figure in the title. Apologies to our American friends, but
for those of us who adopt these award-winning programmes with adult content as
our favourites, it can be difficult over here to find information on them on
one site - which nudography have allowed to do here though, for the benefit of
the rest of our community.
If you’ve glanced at this tv guide in the past perhaps, you
may have gathered I don’t take some tv exec decisions very well! The end of
vh2, or more relevant the shelving of Eliza Dushku's Tru Calling, being two
good examples.
Therefore, you can well imagine my reaction to the end of FX
dramedy Huff after only two seasons. It's a great shame they didn’t stick with
this show a little longer and will probably turn their attentions to yet
another cop show now, particularly as in its absence it strangely enough will
probably continue picking up more awards and was a little different. I was
actually more impressed with the acting of guest stars sexy Sharon Stone and
smouldering Anjelica Huston in series two and was more taken, on the sexual
content, by the regular cast.
Paget Brewster, the wife of Dr Huff, should really sit down
now and thrash out that Playboy pictorial deal now - although after this, she
should go on to even greater things. She had a superb sauna sex scene with her
husband in an earlier episode and, only last week, with the marriage in
trouble, almost fell into a lesbian encounter with an old friend which could
have become a threesome! In the same episode Huff's troubled brother Teddy made
love to his new girlfriend, played by Ashley Williams, for the first time. As
nightwatchman at a garden centre, he slipped off her panties before giving her
a full on "wheelbarrow experience", although you sense dark times
ahead from this weeks episode at 10pm
on Monday.
Better news concerning Rescue Me, centered around the life
of New York firefighter Tommy
Gavin. According to DigitalSpy, we might not have to wait until Spring of next
year for series three. Sky may well show it now before this year is out. While
it was shown in the States, it was announced that a fourth season had been
given the thumbs up. Season two went a little less on the sex than season one,
but its a superb watch.
At long last Entourage finally gets underway on itv2 tonight
(Sunday at 10pm), about the life of a
guy off to Hollywood with his
friends around him. There’s been a lot of hype and build up to this, so it will
be interesting to see how British audiences take to it. Finally, perhaps the
real heavyweight among these shows - to some anyway - The Sopranos is back on
e4 (Thursday at 10pm). Channel 4 has
enjoyed plenty of success out of its imports - Sex and the City, Desperate
Housewives, Smallville and Lost.

Paris Hilton is very busy lately. With all the partying,
modeling jobs, release of new CD, DUI she also managed to find some time to shoot a
new movie in between.
Bottom's Up is a romantic comedy with Jason Mewes, Paris Hilton and David Keith
in leading roles with guest appearance of Kevin Smith. The movie is actually
pretty funny, at least the parts with Jason and his gay uncle played by David
Keith. Paris is playing her usual
role, herself.
Unfortunately Paris doesn't wear any skimpy bikinis in this movie, she does
make out with Jason a couple of times though and with Jason playing his
famous Jay character from Jay & Silent Bob roles he quickly goes for
a French kiss with Paris and sticks his tongue down her throat.
There are couple of nude scenes in the movie. Best one would be at the Paris'
boyfriend party where several girls drop their tops exposing their big boobs.
Girls at the party that go nude and I was more or less able to identify are
Dita de Leon, Lindsay Gareth and Simona Fusco. So at the end I was left with
two more girls that need an ID.
The DVD release of Bottom's Up is set for 12th September
