CNN's Soledad O'Brien has her lawyers scrambling to stop the release of several very revealing photos of her taken last month.
The Examiner broke the story of the news anchor's latest problem since
losing her job co-hosting 'American Morning' on the 4th of April.
According to the story, Soledad and her husband Bradley Raymond, an
investment banker, were enjoying a nude swim in their backyard pool
when a paparazzo snapped a few dozen pictures of them, unbeknownest to
the couple. There is full frontal nudity from both O'Brien, 40, and Mr.
Raymond. It is also alluded to that the couple might have been involved
in a sexual act on camera.
Since the photos were taken on private property, lawyers for O'Brien
and Raymond have so far been successful in their efforts to halt the
release of the photographs. The photographer, Matthew Kelley, could
face hefty fees and possibly even jail time if found guilty of breaking
privacy laws. O'Brien had been attempting to keep this story from
hitting the press, but a source close to the case leaked the
information.
A similar case happened in 2005 when Jennifer Aniston was photographed
topless at her home by photographer Peter Brandt. Those photos were
forever halted from being released to the media.

Fresh off her domination of Timed Finals’ Top 5 Most Appealing Swimmers,
Amanda Beard will be appearing in Playboy. A reliable source has told me that Beard has decided to finally appear in the magazine, and will do so in five weeks. Ms. Beard is no stranger to photo shoots, as she has appeared in spreads in FHM, Maxim and the SI Swimsuit Edition. She also, during 2004, carried the title of Most Downloaded Female Athlete.
This is interesting because it comes fresh off the debate about women’s current place in sports, after radio personality Don Imus was fired for calling the Rutgers Womens Basketball players “nappy headed ho’s.” On the heels of that, some are beginning to question where women now stand in sport. Although women in collegiate sports in America has grown from 16,000 in 1971 to 180,000 in 2006, a recent study conducted by Margaret Carlisle Duncan of the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and Michael Messner of USC revealed that ESPN’s “SportsCenter” covered male stories in a 20 to 1 ratio.

I thought I’d have a bash at something for you and, if it’s any good, you may want to include it! Now, far be it from me to argue with the might that is FHM (uk), but as we saw last week their sexiest women survey was a little absent of British talent at the top end - apart from a popular page 3 model here and a girl group member, for however long it may go on for, there! Also, the Uk tv highlights I used to do on some weeks would end up a little Stateside perhaps! So to put the balance right and kind of show us Brits have a lot to be proud, and even sometimes "erect" for, here - in my humble opinion, is my current sexiest British female celebrity list

Daniela Denby-Ashe (actress) - really hitting a sexual high at the moment, after that torchwood episode and looking just stunning in comedy My Family. All this on just a pretty face! Perhaps, cause she’s good at what she does as an actress she’s not really had the need to strip off much! Still worthy of top spot though!

Anna Friel (actress) recently voted celeb "yummy mummy" after working hard to get her often seen superb figure back.

Kate Winslet (actress) we're going to all miss that nudity when she finally decides to call it a day and cover up! The awards help prove it.

Kim Kardashian has become the most recent celebrity to unwittingly appear on a sex tape, and Kardashian was not happy about that. The one-time BFF of fellow sex tape star
Paris Hilton has won her lawsuit with Vivid Entertainment, the adult entertainment company that released the sex tape of Kim Kardashian and then-boyfriend Ray J, Brandy Norwood's little brother.
Kim Kardashian and Ray J first made their sex tape, entitled Kim Kardashian Superstar, several yeas ago, and much to the dismay of Kim Kardashian, the tape was sold to Vivid Entertainment for $1 million, though the source of the sale remains anonymous. However, on Monday, it was confirmed to the media that Kim Kardashian had reached a multimillion dollar settlement with Vivid Entertainment in regards to her invasion of privacy lawsuit launched in February. SF Gate reports that the settlement is somewhere in the vicinity of $5 million, and Us Weekly reports Vivid Entertainment will have to stop selling the DVD by the end of May.
While it seems that Vivid is getting the short end of this settlement, Vivid co-chairman Steven Hirsch was quoted by E Online as being happy to comply with the settlement. "We are pleased that Kim has dropped her legal action against us." The Vivid co-chairman went on to say that, "We met with her several times and finally reached a financial arrangement that we both feel is fair" With the lawsuit settled, Vivid Entertainment said that the $5 million settlement figure is exaggerated, and that the actual number was closer to $3 million. Hirsch said, "We've always known we had the legal right to distribute this video, which became an instant bestseller, and we've always wanted to work something out with Kim so she could share in the profit."
While Vivid Entertainment sees this settlement from the business-as-usual perspective, the daughter of former O.J. Simpson attorney Robert Kardashian approached the situation from a different point-of-view. Kim Kardashian was quoted by In Touch Weekly as saying that, "I'm just so relieved that this chapter of my life is over now." Kim Kardashian, the stepdaughter of Olympic medallist Bruce Jenner, went on to state that, "I have so much going on in my life. I never wanted anyone to think of me as Kim Kardashian, sex tape star...I still have to live with the embarrassment and fear that one day my grandkids are going to see it."
When the sex tape was initially released, Kim Kardashian, 26, made no attempt to deny the existence of the tape, but claimed she had "nothing to do" with turning it public. Kardashian told Us magazine that she felt "hurt and embarrassed" by the fact the sex tape was leaked. While Kardashian continues to co-own the boutique Dash in Calabasas, California, Ray J, the younger brother of actress Brandy Norwood, is reportedly now dating Whitney Houston. No word of if Ray J has a sex tape of his new girlfriend.

Victoria Beckham and hubby David Beckham are no longer a part of the LA homeless problem. They have finally bought a luxury mansion in Los Angeles. The soccer star and his wife paid a whopping $20 million for the six-bedroom property in Beverly Hills. But it was the spicy ex spice girl's breasts display that created a buzz over the weekend. She was snapped by photogs and the girls were on display.
It was the now not so subtle black top, with bright flashbulbs that brought out the show from the former Posh Spice.
X17 Reports: Queen Vic's headlights were on high beam today as she arrived in LA, reportedly to get to work on decorating the new $20 million Beckham castle in Beverly Hills. Believe it or not, Vicki was actually wearing a bra -- nude color, underwire, to be exact, but with all the flashes on her thin black sleeveless sweater, there's just no secret what's underneath.
Oh - yes - about the house - Hollywood.com reports that the celebrity pair shunned the bigger mansions, favoring the relatively smaller home for their family of five.
A source says, "It's a very classy property with some of the most sensational views... They went for just six bedrooms and Victoria was anxious to create a modest, cozy family environment." According to a real estate agent, "It's in an amazing location and the views are to die for."

Drew Barrymore believes her happiness makes her beautiful. The actress, who graces the front cover of People magazine's 100 Most Beautiful issue, insists her fun-loving attitude to life is what makes her "pretty". Drew, who appears in the annual issue for the fourth time, revealed: "I just think happiness is what makes you pretty. Period. Happy people are beautiful. They become like a mirror, and they reflect that happiness. What you see is what you get. Some days I feel hippie. Some days I feel glamorous. Some days I feel like a rebellious 13-year-old boy. And I think all are acceptable."
Drew says making the cover "made my peacock feathers shine in the golden-hour light and extend to the heavens", and also revealed her top dating tips. The 'Lucky You' actress advised: "The only fundamental rule for me is to just be yourself. Let your freak-flag fly, and if someone doesn't get you, move on."

Eva Longoria to take the title. “She's a talented, successful and beautiful actress who clearly has sex appeal that translates worldwide," said the magazine's editor, Chris Bell.
Last year's winner, Pirates of the Caribbean star
Keira Knightley, dropped to 12th place. But it is fellow Briton

Tip off - "hang on! What was that!" just two of the cries that went up
after me and some of my mates flicked channels after the dramatic
football in the uk tonight. Why, over on BBC One it was a new drama
featuring the delightfully full figured form of
Jemima Rooper. Didn't
know a great deal about it, but there the Black Dhalia and Hex star was
with her nipple poking above the sheets in a bedroom scene. Said in the
description it came with a some sexual scenes warning, so may have
missed out there on Jemima! Maybe one for you to further check out at
some stage. Still, being an Englishman it was good to see a Champions
League first leg victory though!
