The movie is a part of The Darjeeling Limited, another Wes Anderson film. It was used as a promotional clip to introduce the audience to Jack (played by Jason Schwartzman), one of the main characters from The Darjeeling Limited.
Although the nudity in the movie is limited more or less to Natalie's ass, it was enough for Natalie to insist she'll never film another nude scene again. Especially after the caps from the movie were posted all over the internet. So far she kept her word. I noticed she stars opposite Ashton Kutcher in No Strings (originally titled Friends with Benefits) , probably short for no strings attached. It will be interesting to see how she pulled off without filming any sex scenes in that one.
