Isabel Lucas and
Claudia Karvan star in the vampire movie Daybreakers. Movie is rated R for nudity among other things. Even if it's brief nudity, I think it would be too much to hope for to see Isabel Lucas naked in this one. Isabel became quite popular after her appearance as a naughty robot chick in Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen and landed several movie roles. There's got to be one that requires some sort of nudity among them.
Australian actress Caludia Karvan was naked in several movies so far. Best ones, if you're looking for nudity, are Touch Me and Risk.

Movie is also rated R, unfortunately nudity is not one of the reasons for the rating. It looks like that only crude sexual jokes made it into the movie, nudity was left out.
Movie is based on the
book Youth in Revolt by C. D. Payne. Too bad screenplay writer didn't stick to the novel. I did a quick search inside the book and found a nice graphic nude scene between Lefty and Millie (see the screen grab of a page from the book), two characters from the book. When I tried to find out at imdb which actress plays Mille in the movie, I noticed that there's no one by that name in the movie.
I don't think any of the actresses from the movie filmed any nude scenes so far. While checking movie credits of
Rooney Mara,
Kate Mara's younger sister, I noticed that she stars in movie
Friends (With Benefits). I am not sure if she has a nude scene in it, but the title implies that there should be some nudity in it.
Amy Adams and
Kaitlin Olson star in romantic comedy Leap Year. Amy flashed her boobs last year in the
Sunshine Cleaning, but you can only see them in the full frame version of the movie. Kaitlin hasn't done any nudity so far.
Crazy on the Outside is comedy starring Tim Allen, Ray Liotta, J.K. Simmons, Kelsey Grammer,
Julie Bowen,
Sigourney Weaver,
Jeanne Tripplehorn and Darla Delgado.

I don't think any of the above actresses get naked in the movie. There are plenty cleavage scenes in the movie, lesbian make out, what it lacks is nudity.

America Olivo was topless last year in Playboy magazine and in
Friday the 13th.
