I kind of hinted the other day that I didn’t care weather Lena Heady used a body double on the final episode of Game of Thrones for her nude scene. Not entirely true. I pay attention to details, and when I see a birth mark where it’s not supposed to be, I know something fishy is going on.

Rebecca Van Cleave was Lena Headey’s body double on the final episode of Game of Thrones this season. Rebecca filmed all the nude scenes and later, in post-production, Lena’s face was super-imposed over Rebecca’s with the help of CGI.
Rebecca hasn’t filmed any nude scenes so far and there aren’t any topless shots of her from any photo shoots she has done in the past, so the shape and size of her breasts are still a mystery. She does have a few identifying birthmarks on her back (probably on the front as well) which confirm the fact that she was Lena’s body double though.
