A question I got from TM. He writes:
In the movie To The Wonder there is a scene were Ben Affleck and a woman are in bed and eventually under a sheet. You never see the woman's face just that she is topless. You have the scene on Rachel McAdams’ page. But I think that was Olga Kurylenko with Affleck. For 2 reasons First when you look at a paused photo from the scene the hair color is a darker blonde color which Kurylenko was in the movie. (Now I understand maybe the lighting was different, but the color of the woman's hair is closer to Kurylenko's) Rachel McAdam's hair was really light blonde in the movie. Second If you look at the paused photo of the scene the woman in the picture her nipples stick out. Now neither actress has fairly pointy nipples but if you look at one of the other pictures of Kurylenko from that movie Kurylenko's nipples match that photo. Were if you look at Rachel McAdam's nipples from her nude scene in Disobedience, Rachel has really flat nipples. I have searched other sites and most say that the woman in the scene is Kurylenko… Has it ever been confirmed by the studio that made the film that it was McAdam's?
Not that I am an expert, here’s my take. Rachel’s nude scene happens during a longer sequence which shows the progression of the couple’s romantic relationship. Olga’s nude scene happens during a longer sequence which shows the progression of the couple’s romantic relationship. So, unless Neil has flashbacks of having sex with his former partner Marina (Olga Kurlyenko) during his new romantic relationship with Jane (Rachel McAdams), then I’d say that is Rachel McAdams’s character under the sheets.
There’s a quick shot of the woman face during the sex scene, obscured by the hair, and it looks more like Rachel than Olga in my opinion.
