Here's a list of some interesting celebrity appearances on talk shows this week.
Another slow week for celebs on talk shows in front of us. Things will probably get back to normal next week with September around the corner.
Alison Pill will be guest on Late Show With David Letterman tomorrow. She stars in HBO’s TV series The Newsroom. Two episodes are still to be aired this season.
She has also a new movie coming out. It’s a futuristic sci-fi film titled Snowpiercer starring Chris Evans,
Tilda Swinton, Jamie Bell, Ed Harris and John Hurt. The movie was already released in some countries around the world, but for the US release, the producers are still making some final edits and cuts before its release.
Snowpiercer is set in the near future, 2031 to be exact, when Earths population is decimated after a global-warming experiment fails to prevent an Ice Age. The remnants of survivors are left to live aboard the Snowpiercer, a train that travels around the globe via a perpetual-motion engine.
Diablo Cody will be guest on The Tonight Show with Jay Leno on Friday. She has written and directed Paradise, a drama starring
Julianne Hough,
Holly Hunter and Russell Brand. In the movie Julianne plays a young conservative woman who suffers a crisis of faith after surviving a plane crash.
Actress
Amy Sedaris will be guest on Late Show With David Letterman today. She stars in Adult Swim's comedy series The Heart, She Holler. Season two will premiere on the cable channel on September 10th.
