Here’s a list of interesting celebrity appearances on talk shows this week.
ABC is sending out the stars from TV shows on their network to do some promo work.

Jennifer Aniston will guest star as Courteney's shrink on the season two premiere. Courteney will promote the show on The Ellen DeGeneres Show and Jimmy Kimmel Live today.
Julie Bowen and

Jaime King and Daniella Alonso star on new ABC drama My Generation. The show premiers on Thursday, September 23rd. Jaime will explain the plot of the series on Jimmy Kimmel Live on Wednesday.
Teri Hatcher hasn't been able to turn around her life in six years... she's still one of the Desperate Housewives. Seventh season premiers on Sunday, September 26th.
Kristen Bell,
Sigourney Weaver and
Kristin Chenoweth co-star in You Again. Sigourney will be on The View tomorrow, Kristin on Live with Regis and Kelly on Wednesday and Kristen on Chelsea Lately on Thursday.
Selena Gomez will promote "her" new album
A Year Without Rain on The Ellen DeGeneres Show on Wednesday.
I remember
Selena's appearance on The Bonnie Hunt Show from a little less than a year ago promoting her album Kiss & Tell. One thing that I particularly remembered was the fact that Selena co-wrote only one song out of 13 on that album.
I thought you can't get any lower than that, but I guess I was wrong. A quick look at Wikipedia's track listing for
A Year Without Rain reveals that she worked so hard on the "singer" part, that she hadn't had time to write a single song in the past year. Maybe some "rain" in her life could change that.
Out of curiosity I checked track listings for recently released albums of some other teen singers. In particular for
Miley Cyrus'
Can't Be Tamed,
Taylor Momsen's
Light Me Up,
Demi Lovato's
Here We Go Again and
Taylor Swift's
Fearless. It turned that they are not just talented performers, but also now their way with lyrics.
Anyway, to the point I am trying to make. It's obvious that Selena is the least talented of the above mentioned singers and she'll soon have to resort to shady promotional tactics to keep her career afloat.
A see through here,
a nip slip there,
and soon, a sex tape everywhere.
See, it easy to rhyme. Although, more cowbell couldn't hurt.
