Nude in theaters:Anne Hathaway stars as the White Queen in Tim Burton's Alice in Wonderland. Anne doesn't show any private parts in Alice, so you'll have to check out her movie Havoc to see her topless.
Another chance to see Anne topless will be in the upcoming movie
Love and Other Drugs. In a recent interview Jake Gyllenhaal mentioned that he filmed several nude scenes with Anne. And according to several reviews at imdb there's lots of nudity throughout the movie and Anne is the one who is having the toughest time keeping her shirt on in the movie.
At the moment there's no release date set for Love and Other Drugs, but there are some speculation that we'll have to wait until fall to see it in theaters.

America Olivo star in Bitch Slap, movie filled with catfights, lesbian make outs and topless strippers.
Original Clash of the Titans from 1981 was also released on Blu-ray.
Judi Bowker and Vida Taylor are nude in the movie.
