Here’s a list of interesting celebrity appearances on talk shows this week.
Ashley Greene will appear on Late Show with David Letterman today. Ashley has a supporting role in The Twilight Saga: New Moon. I haven't seen New Moon yet, but she looked freaking hot with short black hair in Twilight.
Natalie Portman will be guest on The View and Late Show with David Letterman on Wednesday. Natalie co-stars alongside Tobey Maguire and Jake Gyllenhaal in the upcoming movie Brothers.
Megan Fox is scheduled to appear on The Jay Leno Show on Thursday. She'll probably chat with Jay about her sexy pictorial for New York Times magazine
Charlize Theron will be guest on Jimmy Kimmel Live tomorrow. Charlize co-stars alongside Viggo Mortensen in movie The Road.
Claire Danes will be promoting her new movie Me and Orson Welles on The View today and Late Night with Jimmy Fallon tomorrow.
Blake Lively and
Robin Wright Penn co-star in movie The Private Lives of Pippa Lee. You can catch Blake on Late Night with Jimmy Fallon today and Robin will promote the movie on Late Late Show with Craig Ferguson on Wednesday.
Carrie Fisher will be guest on Late Show with David Letterman. Carrie created a solo play out of her book Wishful Drinking. You can see her performing in Wishful Drinking until January 17th, 2010 at
The Roundabout Theatre Company in New York.
While I am on the subject of books, a quick check at the sales rank of
Heidi Montag's and Spencer Pratt's book
How to Be Famous at Amazon. Their appearances on Live with Regis and Kelly, The Tonight Show with Conan O'Brien and Jimmy Kimmel Live propelled them from place 163,181 to current place 6,366 at Amazon's book store. These numbers don't tell much about their actual book sales, but since I also promote books at Amazon through affiliate links, I can give an estimate of their book sales from my experience. Drum roll, please! To rank around place 6,366 of Amazon's bestsellers list in books your book has to sell around the pace of 10 books per day. I gave some thought to their poor book sales and tried to explain it with a quote from Tropic Thunder "Everybody knows you never go full retard.", but then I saw
number one selling book at Amazon...
Lady GaGa will be promoting her new album
The Fame Monster on The Jay Leno Show today and The Ellen DeGeneres Show on Friday.
Rihanna also released a new album. You'll be able to see her perform a song from her new album
Rated R on Late Show with David Letterman tomorrow.
Timbaland will present his new single Morning After Dark featuring
Nelly Furtado and SoShy on The Tonight Show with Conan O'Brien today.
