Bam Margera's sex tape to be released soon

"Jackass" star Bam Margera's sex tape is set to be released on a pay-per-view website. Reports surface that the professional skateboarder is featured in a porn tape with a blonde woman.

Margera, 28, is allegedly shown performing various sexual acts in the tape with Lindsay Hughes, fiancé of New York radio host Gregg Hughes, Steppin' Out magazine reports.

The tape is said to be obtained by Hughes' former employee. The DJ is now considering taking legal steps to stop the sex tape from being published.

Chaunce Hayden from Steppin' Out tells Pagesix, "They're doing the nasty - and I mean nasty. Hughes is taking legal action to prevent its distribution."

"Apparently, he's so distraught, he's banned the name 'Bam' from being mentioned on the show."

Lindsay made the tape with Margera before she met the DJ "to gain some exposure."

There is no tape. The word "Bam" wasn't banned. In fact, O&A had Margera on the show today (4/24).

Proven to be a hoax. The day the "article" came out, Gregg Hughes offered $100,000 to the first person who produces a COPY of the sex tape. No takers. The next day, Bam Margera called in to the Opie & Anthony show to deny the existence of a sex tape and offered to match Gregg "Opie" Hughes' $100,000 offer. To date, still no takers. This is all a hoax cooked up by two disgruntled former employees of XM radio and a reporter that has had an ongoing vendetta with the Opie & Anthony show.
